Editorial and Accuracy Policy

How Antela DosVoces prepares, verifies, updates, and corrects bilingual medication information.

Last reviewedAugust 25, 2026 · 25 de agosto de 2026
01

Editorial purpose

Our purpose is to help families, caregivers, and organizations understand and share existing instructions more clearly in English and Spanish. Content is prepared to inform and organize—not to diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication, or replace the judgment of a licensed professional.

02

Source hierarchy

We prioritize official and primary sources: original labels, customer-supplied documents, FDA, DEA, national medication authorities, health ministries, manufacturers, and official publications. External links are clearly identified. When an official source is unavailable, we do not present secondary information as a definitive rule.

03

Bilingual human review

Individual deliverables are compared with the original information supplied. Medication name, strength, and directions are reviewed before the bilingual presentation is prepared. No medication translation is automatically released without human review. Ambiguities are identified for confirmation with a pharmacist, prescriber, or other authorized source.

04

Accuracy without clinical interpretation

We keep the original instruction visible whenever possible. We do not fill in missing information, guess at abbreviations, change doses, or turn an ambiguous instruction into clinical advice. If wording cannot be confirmed, it remains pending instead of being presented as certain.

05

Dates, updates, and changing information

Pages that depend on regulations, recalls, national formularies, or other changing sources include a review date or identify when a source was checked. Information can change without notice; users must confirm current requirements with the appropriate authority.

06

Corrections

We welcome reports of possible errors. Each report is checked against the original or an official source. Material corrections are published as soon as reasonably possible, and the review date is updated when appropriate. Use the private form on this page with the page URL and a description, without including private medical information.

07

Editorial privacy

Public forms request basic contact information only. Do not submit medication names, diagnoses, prescription numbers, insurance information, medical histories, or other protected information through general forms, ordinary email, or WhatsApp. Private workflows are limited to information necessary for the requested service.

08

Responsible use of technology

Digital tools may assist with draft organization, formatting, or research, but they do not replace human review. Antela DosVoces does not present an automatic translation as confirmed without review. The original source and human verification take priority.

09

Independence and transparency

Antela DosVoces clearly identifies external, affiliate, advertising, and payment-provider links. Editorial content must not be changed to favor an advertiser or seller. A commercial relationship does not turn a product into a clinical recommendation.
